The Faculty of Arts provides excellent, focused, and engaged research that seeks to answer the questions: What forces shape our lives? What makes for rich and meaningful existence? How can we change things for the better?
Researchers throughout the Faculty of Arts produce world class research across many areas of humanities and social science. We aim for excellence in innovative, creative, scholarly research. Research excellence is organised in three Global Research Themes: 1. Creative Practices, Communication, and Technology;
2. Cultures, Knowledge, and History;
3. Social Change, Health, and Environment.
